Wonderful Hotel with Friendly Staff and Great Food

This hotel is located by the water with a beautiful terrace. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner are of excellent quality. The rooms are clean and practical. The hotel has a nice view and a cozy restaurant. However, there were some issues with the wellness facilities and the noise from the nearby highway.

  • Uw Hotel voor de omgeving van Venlo e.o.

    De ligging en de bereikbaarheid van het hotel met de omgeving! Het ontzettend vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel zowel aan de receptie als in de ontbijtzaal en de bar. Dat onze vrienden helemaal gelijk hadden met jullie prachtige hotel en het klantvriendelijke personeel.

  • Super goed hotel

    Iedereen is echt heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ook hadden wij een paar vragen (zoals vroeger eten), wat speciaal voor ons mogelijk was. Dus super goede service. Het eten was ook echt heel lekker, goede kok(s).

    Geweldige klantvriendelijke humoristische benadering en behulpzaamheid door de sociale positieve Maarten dit erg gedreven is en bezield waardoor alles perfect geregeld wordt. Het welnessgedeelte met sauna turksstoombad en fijn zwembad voldoet aan ieders wensen. Het is er rustig en aangenaam.

  • Personeel onaardig, achterstallig onderhoud

    1 nacht in dit hotel geslapen omdat we naar een bruiloft in de buurt gingen. We kregen een email om extra's te boeken, dus dat hebben we gedaan: laat uitchecken, sauna en massage. Dit was op maandag. Toen we op donderdag aankwamen werd ons verteld dat dit "niet in het systeem" stond, waarop we de emailbevestiging lieten zien. Toen was het de schuld van "een collega" die had moeten mailen dat er geen beschikbaarheid was. Ons plan voor de dag erna viel dus in duigen. Medewerker was erg onsympathiek, geen poging tot empathie en excuses aanbieden. Het is een mooi hotel, maar er is wel overal achterstallig onderhoud. Plus wat gekke designkeuzes. - koffie van het koffieapparaat op de kamer is echt smerig - lichtknopje van de badkamer zit naast de wastafel, zo'n 2 meter van de deur.…

  • Lekker weekendje weg, prima hotel

    Prima hotel, goede mogelijkheid om te dineren. Wel kwamen wij voor een verrassing te staan. Wij rijden een elektrische auto, er staan bij het hotel maar liefst 12 oplaadpunten voor Tesla en slechts twee voor andere elektrische auto's en die waren beide kapot. Nu moesten wij naar Venray om onze auto op te laden.

  • Kamers verdienen een upgrade!

    Buitenkant van het hotel geeft hoge verwachtingen die helaas niet waar gemaakt worden. De entree en restaurant van dit hotel zien er echt top uit, ook lekker gegeten in het restaurant, 3 gangendiner wat inclusief was bij het arrangement. Ontbijt was ook goed, voldoende keuze, en werd voldoende aangevuld. De kamers en de gangen vallen echter wat tegen, kamers zijn verouderd en niet echt 100% schoon, Bedden waren te zacht en wat doorgezakt! De gangen zaten vol met spinnen en spinnenwebben. Ook op de kamer zat een grote spin. Ligging van het hotel is wel goed, en een prima plek om Noord-Limburg te gaan verkennen met de fiets, de Maasduinen, Arcen, Venlo etc. zijn makkelijk bereikbaar door de vele pontjes op de Maas. De Maasroute is een leuke fietsrit, ook zijn er voldoende…

    Goed hotel met lekkere bedden. De badkamer was ook prima. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was goed, zou andere keuze in vleeswaren maken. Eten was gevarieerd en vers. Uitzicht vanuit de kamer was mooi. Er is een ruimte voor de fietsen. Mooie ligging om te fietsen.

    Wij hebben 4 dagen in dit hotel gezeten,hebben genoten,vriendelijk personeel,lieve schoonmaakster. Ontbijt was goed,avondeten ook,leuke omgeving Cijver voldoende. Mooie tasjes te koop,niet echt goedkoop,maar daar ben je voor op vakantie.

  • Luxe aan een toegankelijke prijs

    Zeer sfeervolle inrichting van de loungehoekjes, decoratie top. Ontbijt super en uitgebreid. restaurant BOFF ook aanrader. Personeel zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Voor gezinnen met kinderen ook top want lekker warm en mooi zwembad, voetbaltafel en ping pong. En gratis Netflix op de grote flatscreen op de kamer. Wij komen zeker terug.

    In tegenstelling van negatieve revieuws vonden wij het personeel zeer vriendelijk.geen enkel probleem ondervonden. Mooi fris hotel met vele fietsroutes en toeristische plaatsjes in de buurt. Zeker de moeite waard.
