It is beyond me to comprehend how USHealth Group and their slime ball agenets continue to operate. I should have known when my phone rang REPEATEDLY not more than 10 seconds after submitting an online request for a health insurance quote. The agent Fabio made it know how busy he was but made time to discuss my needs. Wait a second, you called me 10 seconds after I pressed Submit for a quote. Exactly how busy are you? After the cheeseball dialogue from Fabio, who would honestly make a better Used Car Salesman than Insurance agent, I was set up with an "interview" for my application.I WANT 45 MINUTES OF MY LIFE BACK! Be prepared to answer EVERY GD QUESTION ABOUT YOUR MEDS, who prescribed them, why you need them, etc. I quickly learned my gut feeling about this "company" was right and bailed as fast as Fabio called me. Called a known health insurance provider and enrolled in a plan with the same cost and NO DRILLING ME about what meds and surgeries I had in 2018.ps. Fabio advised I lie about a 2nd spinal fusion I had in order to better my chances of approval. Again, how does this company still exist?
Scam. I signed up for this expecting health insurance, but then during the verification period the agent informed me, buried in 30 min of legalize, that this did not qualify as health insurance under the Affordable Care Act. But too late I already gave them my bank accont #
WARNING!! Do not sign up for this company!! It is a scam! Iâve had them for two years on auto pay. My coverage was supposed to include Emergency services and room. The one time, I actually used my insurance for an emergency and they claim that they donât cover the physician in the emergency room???? What?? They also would not cover the CAT scan. Iâve went back and forth btw them and the providers because the customer service kept lying to me saying i was covered up to a certain amount. They even provided the statement showing what my out of pocket cost would be. But then turned around and told the providers that I was denied. Which is causing to pay the entire bill adding up to $10k. The avg worker doesnât have 10k dollars laying around for him medical bills. What is the point of having insurance paying almost $300 a mth if wonât cover you for emergencies. Regular checkups are cheaper out of pocket then having insurance. Then the rep canceled my insurance without my consent because i was questioning their practice. RUN!!! Do not purchase their plan. Go directly to United Healthcare if anything or BCBS.
The health advisor promised the underwriterâs interview would be quick and easy but I spent almost 2 hours on the phone. Also the health advisor told me to hide the preexisting conditions saying since there was no symptoms for 2 years I did not need to tell them. But the underwriterâs interviewer said it was not the case. Wasted a bunch of time
This health insurance is miserable. They claim that it's exactly the same as the United health group. And when I called because I needed to go to a doctor I went specifically to the urgent care they told me to and I got turned away and told that I was not in network. They also won't help me fix issues on my account. You miserable miserable insurance.

Your doctors will turn you away and will not let you in the office with this insurance. The insurance lies to you and tells you the doctors will take you. Now I get a reply from another idiot. Iâve already contacted multiple supervisors and reported you to the insurance commissioner. Your company has already been in touch with me andrefused to do a thing about it. CROOKS!!!
