It has so many nice features and support is always awesome. It's got bill splitting, round ups, unlimited savers, pay requests with other up users, but most importantly, the transactions make sense. It's not a list of unknown merchant names. You can contribute to the merchant profile making your experience and others better. Love this bank
This app makes me happy and my life easy. Other banks should take notes.
I used to be a huge CBA fan for their mobile app especially on apple iOS. Since coming across UP bank, especially their roundup feature I’ve never switched back to any of other banks for my everyday banking. Now in the future if UP launches new features like investing like RAIZ has, and Cashback offers like HSBC does, I don’t think I’m ever going to switch back to any other bank. I also came across SharkTanks episode of QPay, and my first reaction was what is new in your offering when UP is doing everything already and going in all the right directions and even more. UP needs to focus on investing side of banking where it can offer their customers micro investing! Loving it, cannot recommend it any less. This is alternative to big4!
I’ve been an upside since early 2022 and have not once had an issue. Quick and clear communication of ever I have questions and I’ve been saving well with all the features such as save up 1000.

This bank offers a round up savings Also fun and #zero-fees I would Definitely Recommend it.. once the #technology #glitches #bugs are fixed up. It would definitely Having trouble getting my #payID set up. I would recommend that if you have a portal that can link rewards card so when purchasing the rewards card is already #Linked would definitely Up your #Account appeal Also there Needs to be another way to get a #rewards-bonus for people who do not have any friends or mates. @UpYeah!
I’ve been with Up for three years and it’s completely changed my relationship to money. As a neurodivergent person, I’ve always struggled with personal budgeting and cashflow. When I saw the features of Up, I knew this could be a game changer and it has been - accumulated savings for the first time in my adult life, money put aside ready for bills, able to see how I spend to reduce bad habits.

This bank is the best! As a free savings account, they help manage finances with savings and tracking. Managing my money (as someone who is horrible at managing my money), is a breeze.

I’m not entirely sure why I didn’t write a review sooner, as I have been using Up for a number of years now. While on the App Store to download the latest update is as good a time as any. Thank you Up for making banking fun, for all the little quality of life features and for always having amazing customer service!

Been with Up practically since they started. What’s not to like? The best customer service experience you can have, bank or otherwise. They always pass on rate rises for our savers. They constantly take on feedback and ideas, and they actually act on them. I really don’t have a bad word to say. The savings and budgeting features you get for free with Up are things you’d usually have to pay subscriptions for in other apps. If there’s one downside, it would be not being able to deposit cash anywhere. In todays world that’s barely a problem, but I do have an open account with another bank purely for that purpose. You can’t go wrong with this great bank.

There isn’t anything even close. If you’re looking for a user friendly app jam packed with great features that keeps evolving this is it. Don’t even bother with anything else. It’s a joy to use.
Been using them for a month now and they were pretty good until they had me to re-verify after a week of using them and after re-verifying they wouldn’t let me send money out of my account or send money to the up bank I’ve been chatting with them for a month now and still haven’t been able to take out the money that’s stuck in the account every time I ask for an update they give me response saying they will get back to me as soon as possible and it’s been a month in my opinion I can’t say they a bad service as it seems like it might just be happening to me but the service they give should be improved asap.
This app doesn't let you turn off notifications about scheduled maintenance.
I have to turn them off for the whole app instead, which means now I simply won't notice any fraudulent transactions.
Got scammed over $600 back in may 23” and 3 months later after waiting for 45 minutes on the phone I was told they couldn’t recover the funds and said thank you and hung up.
Perfect for everything I need, never had any issues with anything and very friendly customer support, I’d recommend UP to basically anyone even if they were already banking somewhere else.
Easy, simple and no fuss banking
Hands down the best bank I have ever used. Their technology is out of this world, makes saving FUN. I was scammed in Bali and only sent one single message to Up and they put the money back into my account within 3 days. Mind blown.

There are always new features being added to help you save.
Lockable and hidable savers, plus the ability to show ‘available funds’, as the app recognises regular transactions (rent, phone bill etc).
I have only ever had excellent experiences with customer service with their text tab.

Best banking app there is for starters, I’m not one to write reviews but after being with up for so long and closing my other accounts to primarily use UP it’s been a game changer, I have nothing but good things to say!
