While logging in, it's showing auto reading OTP! But it's neither logging in and nor I can manually enter password! It's been 3 days since I've been trying to login but facing the same problem! I'm having issue with login! Every service you guys provide for me is unavailable! Please do needful.
All other things are OK for me but apps is lagging. Every time you try to login, scan QR or other option it takes time. This kind of lag can't be seen on other UPI apps. Scanning QR and performing transactions are the primary operation of this apps so I thing NPCI has to first work to make the app respond in millisecond of time.
Totally fraud app...no customer care response no solution of complaint no mail reply... totally disaster
Whoever developed autoread OTP and not giving an option to enter OTO manually if Autoread doesn't work must be out of his mind.. fix this!! Your app doesn't have that capability in all devices, give option to enter manually
