  • Applicazione lenta e farraginosa, piena di trackers. Le notifiche OTP spesso appaiono in ritardo, la procedura per resettare il PIN é un'odissea che richiede mezza giornata (quando va bene) con millanta tentativi, errori e crash dell'applicazione, codici temporanei SMS e QR code, per poi dover ripetere tutto per autenticare il dispositivo (questo lo si scopre soltanto dopo, quando si prova a fare qualche operazione).

  • 20 minuti per fare un bonifico continuava a dare errore del giorno feriale successivo anche se avevo messo venerdì prossimo

  • Il riconoscimento dell'IBAN non funziona, ne fotografando un foglio né fotografando un monitor, ovviamente con immagini nitidissime.

  • This app is an entire bug, shame on the developers and PMs. -QR doesn't work -cannot paste iban -random sessions error -card is blocked but on app appears unblocked(you have to pay for a new one) -no bug reporting in app -fill in forms automatically transition without confirmation or not depending on the form, bad UX -translation in Englis are written like spoken Italian "Tray Again", really ? I as a developer myself I cannot fathom how this app went into production.
