App was supposedly upgraded to fix a bug. I was told to uninstall and reinstall. Now the app doesnât open and corresponding with this group is impossible since the quickest way is by app chat which isnât available. Email says it may be 5 days for a response. That is not acceptable customer service for an app I pay for.
The app was updated today and stopped functioning correctly. After going through the recommended steps in the FAQ, Iâve uninstalled and reinstalled and now the app wonât even open. I submitted a form and was told I would hear back in 2 business days. Iâm concerned this will ruin my study and would have opted for a more stable product with online support via a website. My partner is using an android device and does not seem to have the issue.
Zoe has been a great way to start a program, with data and tangible insights into my health. Iâve only every got this level of info through a medically supervised program. This has been a program that has provided feedback on my eating decisions that has shown positive outcomes in my energy level, my inflammation, and my sleep.
I started this about a year ago I did all of the testing and it was great. The results were so helpful and I changed my diet. I feel great now.
HOWEVER⌠recently the chat function (the only way to contact them) has become impossible to use. When I started I could just type in my question. Now you have to pick from a list of options. None of which apply. I renewed membership but I cannot access my account. They have my money but I canât use my service. It is a great program but I believe it has grown too fast and they canât keep the quality of service up. Hoping they fix it soon.
