  • Frustrated

    App was supposedly upgraded to fix a bug. I was told to uninstall and reinstall. Now the app doesn’t open and corresponding with this group is impossible since the quickest way is by app chat which isn’t available. Email says it may be 5 days for a response. That is not acceptable customer service for an app I pay for.

  • App stopped working mid study- no support offered

    The app was updated today and stopped functioning correctly. After going through the recommended steps in the FAQ, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and now the app won’t even open. I submitted a form and was told I would hear back in 2 business days. I’m concerned this will ruin my study and would have opted for a more stable product with online support via a website. My partner is using an android device and does not seem to have the issue.

  • Great awakening

    Zoe has been a great way to start a program, with data and tangible insights into my health. I’ve only every got this level of info through a medically supervised program. This has been a program that has provided feedback on my eating decisions that has shown positive outcomes in my energy level, my inflammation, and my sleep.

  • Quality of service is going down

    I started this about a year ago I did all of the testing and it was great. The results were so helpful and I changed my diet. I feel great now.
    HOWEVER… recently the chat function (the only way to contact them) has become impossible to use. When I started I could just type in my question. Now you have to pick from a list of options. None of which apply. I renewed membership but I cannot access my account. They have my money but I can’t use my service. It is a great program but I believe it has grown too fast and they can’t keep the quality of service up. Hoping they fix it soon.

    Great concept - interesting and user friendly. The issue is canceling a membership that auto renews and no email or phone contact is available. Good luck tryint to log onto site after you "unsubscribe" -

  • The truth

    I considered myself a healthy person. Ate lots of veggies and lean meat. Walked daily. But, when I started listening to ZOE podcasts, I became curious about how healthy I really was. Being in menopause and having bariatric surgery 10 years ago, what kind of nutrition was I really getting? The truth was: my gut microbiome was terrible. By following their advice, I added more diversity in and eliminated a lot of processed foods. I’m feeling GREAT!
