    If I could give this company a negative 12 I would! This was my first experience with this company and it was completely unsatisfactory! I placed one order at the end of December, after the holidays and about a week or so later received an email stating it was back ordered. I waited for more than a week before getting this information. I responded to the email but decided to call the next day. The representative was pleasant enough and switched my order to something else. She stated I had the last two items in stock and I would get my order early the next week. Well....again I waited, a little more than a week. Let me be clear, I understand Mail orders and that things don't always go out as soon as you place the order. I can be patient. However, if I had not reached out the second time I would not have known the second order was out of stock! Ironically, it was not out of stock when I ordered. The second encounter I had with the company was less than desirable. The agent this time was very disconnected and had no customer service experience or perhaps this was her first job with people. I requested a refund and hung up. A little annoyed that I waited almost a month and did not receive either order I decided to call and give feedback. I spoke to the manager and explained my frustration at not receiving either order and not knowing until I contacted them. I explained this was my first order and quite frankly, my last after this experience. I would not have known about the second order being out of stock if I had not called! The manager proceeded to tell me about their platform not working and he is getting a new one and so forth. Quite frankly, that's not my concern and I would gather no other customer's concern either. I would think a customer's concern is their order not what type of platform you need to sync your inventory! Just saying. He did apologize but he didn't say, let me see what I can do to help. Let me give you a credit or whatever. Now let me be clear again, I didn't call looking for a credit, I just wanted my order or when it would be shipped out! However, if you have a new customer, and by the way one customer can bring loads of revenue, you don't just brush them off! A thank you for feedback is nice but help with my order or something to nudge me to give this company another chance for not sending both of my orders would have been great! I am a loyal customer to the companies I use and I spend more than enough money on my supplements, I am heath junkie, so I would say one customer makes a difference!! Just saying! I want to be ABSOLUTELY CLEAR, I WILL NOT BE ORDERING from this company in the near future!! One more thing, the manager should know, when a customer has a bad experience they tell 9 to 11 people about it. In this case, much more! Just a thought,when you have a potential customer who may turn into a loyal customer for years to come, retention is the word!

  • Major service and communication failure

    There was a major lack of communication. I didn't know when my order was going to come in. It just showed up one day almost a month later and half of the capsules were broken open. I will probably never order from this company again.
