  • I requested for a ride using my card ,they took payment and the driver parked elsewhere .. Yet most of the drivers come exactly at the location I did put by bolt and it's not the first time the same driver did the same a year ago I recognized him . So the driver canceled the trip . Cancelation fee is R19 ... My trip was R49 they didn't give me back my balance of R30 I requested for another ride they still take another R49 no refund for the for R30 until today. Support team unavailable
