I was extremely satisfied with the entire process, from pickup to delivery. Throughout the journey, I received consistent updates on the shipment container, complete with tracking details right from day one, which put my mind at ease. Although the overall delivery time exceeded three months, I had anticipated this, so I have no complaints in that regard. Additionally, the delivery staff were exceptionally pleasant and friendly, adding to the positive experience.

Pathetic company to work with. I shipped my entire house hold stuff from India to USA. 46 boxes in April. And then 6 boxes in June. Both billed separately for us. The first shipment arrived in June and I had to keep that in storage for 3 months and paid for it to universal. The other 6 boxes arrived in august and got delivered to me in August itself. Now, in October my rest of the shipment was delivered but they lost 7 boxes. Lot of stuff damaged. Now, team is refusing to corporate and says gang only one box is missing. No one picks calls and replies to emails with multiple follow ups. DO NOT CHOOSE UNIVERSAL RELOCATIONS.
