Insightful analysis on Talkspace app reviews highlighting therapist quality, billing issues, and user experience.
I donât know why all therapies I met on this app are extremely impatient looks like they find someone on the street and just got high or something . Donât waste you 400 bucks on that. Itâs not professional therapy or social worker at all I donât think they have license
Made an account thru my employer and set up my login which now does not work. It says it sends a verification email and I never receive it, also zero customer service resources thru the app. disappointing
Awful application, one of the worst UX I ever saw with matching being absolutely broken (e.g., no matter what therapist sex preference I choose I get the same 3 therapists recommended).
Love my therapist, the fact that I donât have to go to an office is what sold me, Iâm more comfortable at home which is beneficial for dealing with my disorder.
This app has several issues with voiceover from answering assessment questions to messaging providers. Plise make improvements ASAP. Blind people have the same right to therapy as sited people.
I desperately want finding a therapist to be this simple, but the therapists Iâve gotten feel like the rejects who canât get clients another way. After trying to change therapists a couple times they are running out of providers to recommend to me.
