    I don’t know why all therapies I met on this app are extremely impatient looks like they find someone on the street and just got high or something . Don’t waste you 400 bucks on that. It’s not professional therapy or social worker at all I don’t think they have license

  • Awful application that only brings frustration

    Awful application, one of the worst UX I ever saw with matching being absolutely broken (e.g., no matter what therapist sex preference I choose I get the same 3 therapists recommended).

    This app has several issues with voiceover from answering assessment questions to messaging providers. Plise make improvements ASAP. Blind people have the same right to therapy as sited people.

    I desperately want finding a therapist to be this simple, but the therapists I’ve gotten feel like the rejects who can’t get clients another way. After trying to change therapists a couple times they are running out of providers to recommend to me.
