Top of the class service provided by Mr Yamin and would like to only be served by Yamin whenever attending the Samsung store.Yamin was not only polite but also very professional.I have been to many other brands and the staff often appear to be chatting amongst eachother or to their own devices.But not this store, Yamin and his colleagues are all too very welcoming and have an aura of warmth!Very happy with my purchase of the S23 Ultra!

  • Jannine and Mohamed both helped me today, both provided great customer service, were knowledgeable and friendly. Jannine even went beyond and stayed extra time to help me with my purchase and to explain everything. Philip was also super helpful and patient when I came in previously helping me to choose the right phone for me. Great team!
