  • Poor quality frame

    The print was good quality, however that is the best I can say. The frame I selected was out of stock until 4/15. I contacted them on 4/17 and the new date was mid June. I emailed to find out what frames were in stock and received no response. On 4/28, the print arrived. The frame looked cheap and had spots of glue on it. I was very disappointed. Customer service was good when I called and I received a prompt refund.

  • Beautiful Greeting Cards

    I have been purchasing greeting cards from Fine Art America for two or three years. Covid had a small part in my search for greeting cards on the internet (shops were closed). The main reason I buy cards from FAA is because I got tired of looking for cards at the usual card shops. I could find cards (sometimes) that looked good on the outside but the verses were terrible or it was the other way around...terrible on the outside but maybe a decent verse inside. I pick cards from FAA that fit with the occasion and the recipient. I figure I can write something on the inside as good as any card company could. I wouldn't buy these cards if I didn't think they were wonderful. The cards are beautiful and excellent quality and the envelopes are equality as good. The orders arrive quite soon after I place my order and they are in a nice box, to protect them. I am glad I can make a copy of what I've bought so I can keep track of who gets what card. I don't want to send the same card to someone twice.

  • Our experience was very positive

    Our experience was very positive. They provided quality work and their website is easy to navigate. Also they have alot of great options as far as how you can get your art, i.e canvas, wood, framed, metal, etc. We would definitely use them again :-)

    This company communicated very well and shipped my order quickly. I absolutely love my metal print of the ocean. Great quality including ready to hang attachments. Will be ordering more photos in the future.

  • Quality printing and an awesome…

    Quality printing and an awesome collection of artists. Orders are processed quickly, and usually shipped very carefully to protect ordered prints. Quality, quality, quality! I’ve never received a print that was different from what was shown and advertised. I have a long standing email for text support which hasn’t been returned, but other issues with customer service have been resolved quickly. I’m very happy and love this company, etc. Thank you, FAA!

  • Half and Half

    Recently ordered two different sets of note cards. One was wonderful, the other printed darker than depicted on the website. I kept the ones I wasn't totally happy with, because they usable, rather than going to the hassle of returning. Overall, I would order again.
