  • Specifico come punto di raccolta l'oceanografico, l'app invece decide di mandare il driver a 10 minuti da me. Tempo che ci messaggiamo e lui guida dove effettivamente sono passano 9 minuti, che nel conto finale mi addebitano. Una corsa da 13 euro diventa di 25. Il servizio clienti dice che è un mio errore per aver impostato male il posto ( quando ho scritto e scelto letteralmente Oceanografico ) e quindi non verrò rimborsata. Vabbè.
