    When I placed the order, I asked if I would receive the order by November 4 for an event.No response.Sent an email requesting delivery information.No responseCalled and spoke to a CSR and really did not get an answer.The tracking information stated that the label was made and waiting for the product.Because of the lack of response I went and bought a case of glasses to make sure that I would have what I needed. The next day I received the product from you. Was I happy? No. But you have taught me how to handle a problem with your company.

    The website indicate that they have available in stock and ready to ship. When I placed the order, it estimate a delivery date. Now it has past the delivery date by 10 days and the customer service could not find out what is the reason. At this point, I may just cancel and get my money back. Giving the wait time is this long and unknown, I can easily buy the same product at much cheaper price. I paid this higher price because I needed it urgently.

    I reached out via email to Cresco to get a RMA and I never got a single response. What kind of company doesn’t respond to emails regarding ordered in this day and age. Never going to do business with a company that is all about selling with no customer service.
