The website indicate that they have available in stock and ready to ship. When I placed the order, it estimate a delivery date. Now it has past the delivery date by 10 days and the customer service could not find out what is the reason. At this point, I may just cancel and get my money back. Giving the wait time is this long and unknown, I can easily buy the same product at much cheaper price. I paid this higher price because I needed it urgently.
