Trains too short. Dangerously overcrowded. Staff useless. Seats are cramped and uncomfortable. First class WILDLY expensive (Β£284 for a two hour journey, booked three months in advance). If an alternative route is available, use it.
This is the worst train I have ever travelled on people stashed in like a tin of sardines no where to sit no way to get to the loo. Cross country should lose its license.
I don't have anything to say. One off, the nasty train in Uk bloody always delays i travel so many time i never surprised i hope they closed this dirty train πππππππππ
Submitted train claim in Dec 23 still waiting to be refunded phoned them up twice and promised claim looked at in next day or so weeks later still no refund issued.Quick to take the money often without being able to get a seat slow to give it back to you when things go wrong.
Our train from Reading cancelled at last minute so had to travel from Bristol on 6/12//23 @14.00 and the retail service manager Josh made our journey a very special one making sure we were happy with the service. He was exceptional and a credit to Cross Country trains.
