Not consumer focused
Trust pilot go out of their way to remove negative reviews by putting all of the work back on the reviewer. I can leave 5 stars with no information but if I want to leave a legitimate 1 star I have to give you information or you will remove the review. Total scam and not good for consumers

Truspilot a publié mon avis circonstancié concernant l'alliance "savibox" (qui exploite les clics trop rapides pour extorquer des abonnements inutiles à "je ne sais quoi") et "accesnet.info" (qui fait de la facturation pour des sociétés mais mentionne "accesnet.info" comme bénéficiaire à la place du nom de la société - souvent un arnaqueur du type "savibox"-)

Ich finde es gut dass es so eine Absicherung von Bestellungen gibt. Da ich als Rentner keine kostspieligen Bestellungen tätigen kann komme ich mit der Kostenlosversion aus und musste sie bis heute nicht in Anspruch nehmen.

THERE IS NO INTEGRITY AND TRANSPARENCY WITH THIS COMPANY.
I have left a honest review about my experience with the company at trustpilot.com. My review was flagged by the company and after I provided all the necessary documentation to integrity department at trustpilot my review was unflagged. But to my surprise my review was removed by the company and all that documentation and transcripts that I have provided to trustpilot was just for nothing.

The reply I received back did nothing to help others not be scammed by the company that I complained about. Super.com will try and keep your money. I am one of the lucky ones who actually got my money back after threatening to file charges with police and turning them over to BBB.It took 17 days of talking to the most stupid customer service agents I've ever dealt with and no Manger to be found.

VRBO Scams ???
Scams ???Booked property in Paris 2 months in advance 1 week before leaving the States, owner said it was no longer available. Alternate property offered, but reviews of that listing wrote of same experience. VRBO refunded $, and said we would be compensated for major (financial) trip rearrangements if we booked another property. (Not easy to do in summer.) We did book another property. There was never a response to the escalated case, and no compensation was received. Unethical business practices and no oversight of fictional property listings. Renter beware!

I always use trustpilot
After being scammed a few times from Facebook adverts, I always use trustpilot to check out selling sites on Facebook and Instagram to see if the site is genuine or a scam. Now I never buy anything without checking reviews on Trustpilot first! it works for me and more people should do the same then they wouldn't get scammed.
