    • I usually don’t rate a place if it’s horrible, but I can’t help it. I work in the area and there are plenty of times that I come to grab a cup of coffee. Customer service is always awful, I understand they are busy but when im busy working I’m always polite and considerate. Today I popped in to check the new clotted cream cold brew, and as I was waiting for the lady to prepare it, I saw her checking my name on the cup and laugh with her colleague. I find it very unprofessional and rude. Plus 4.65 for a tall coffee?

    • Visited last night and the staff were unwelcoming. They were loudly speaking to each other, yelling across the room and busy chatting with who sounded to be an ex-worker there. I was standing at the counter trying to pay for a merch but was ignored. Would’ve been nice to be acknowledged or if busy a simple ‘will be with you in a sec’ or something.

    • Another Starbucks in London to be disappointed with. Watered down Chai Tea Latte with some syrup being passed as “chai”, and the grande size being insisted on as being 20 oz for a Venti one, when it is clearly not.

    • Friday evening 8pm. Not friendly at all. Asked for a take away cup as a favour as I just work next door and often go for coffee or cake during my break. The girl was just looking so confused and when she realised I wasn’t buying anything on this occasion she just refused, twice. Clearly they have no idea what customer service means. Luckily Santa Nata is just opposite and they’re the loveliest. The positive out of this is a new spot for break time.

    • Classico Starbucks in posizione centrale, servizio abbastanza lento e prezzi medio-alti come sempre.Posti a sedere nel seminterrato pochi e senza finestre, solo un bagno funzionante quindi con lunga fila da fare.Nota positiva è la presenza di prese che rendono questo posto una buona tappa per ricaricare un po’ le batterie.
