    The wf-1000xm4 product is a complete disaster with a battery life that does not last more than 30 minutes. I have purchased a different product from a competitor and it works as expected.

  • Low quality equals Sony

    Bought a new Sony headset (WH-1000XM5), it broke within 3 weeks, customer support claim it got moisture, i disagree, but they don't care... this is obviously what can be expected of the "new" Sony - expensive trash!

    Brought a song TV and it broke after 18 months - the back tube lights went and they are supposed to last 6 years - bad customer service when reporting the issue and no help I advise anyone NOT to buy a Sony product
