    - Can't cancel online- Lots of hoops to cancel- Live Chat is disconnected after 2 mins of activityBasically just a scam to lock you in at a high price. Offer a fair price to all like spotify and allow online cancellations.

  • Marketing not good, if u use an hour per day, dont take it .

    i was listen an hour per day, they send me an email for a 2 years subscription, the offer was below 10 $/month its ok im good with that, , click the link oups google doesn’t recommend to open it = not secure,was a official email from them, i open directly after delete cookies, no more 2 years in my profile, i subscribe a year for less than 10$/month & will see. + - 43 days before the end of my contract, I receive an email to let me know price increase to 25 $, i reply right away to let them know i want cancel & they are not authorize to take a Penny on my CC, they reply to let me know retention department will contact me, after total silence, i resend an email, total silence, they withdraw 25 $, now i have to contact my CC company to dispute the transaction, do they care = no, if you use a lot of SiriusXM or radio, it worth it to pay, but just a little bit to go here there, don’t take it all the wasting time after, cost time we can do better with...........why marketing is not good, with all the tech today, they know how minutes we use, they should have pro rata plan for our personals consumption base on the past year & we will connect to their website & do the renewal easy peasy. Hey, SiriusXM, we are in 2024 wake up...............

    SiriusXM sucks you in with a low rate and after 6 months without warning starts charging your account the normal rate. Scammed us out of 110.00 dollars. no warning that the charges were going up.

    I wanted to try Sirius to check out their radio stations. What a big mistake. They literally make it IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL. On the website there is no option to cancel, you have to contact customer service. I texted customer service and they were closed. Day 2 they text back but it was during work hours. I finally reach them via text, they want an explanation on why I’m cancelling… well the music sucks. After they make me fill out a form. They said the form didn’t work so they send me another one. I fill it out, notice it asks for a zip code. I tell them I’m in Canada. Since I’m Canadian they can’t help me. Now I have to call a separate number to ask them to cancel. I call them and there is no one to answer of course. On to day 3 of trying to cancel…. Wish me luck. This company is straight up trying to prevent people from cancelling. It should be illegal to make cancelling this difficult

    There are cons; void this company. I did not add service to my new truck, they just added it to there bills. I was getting billed two times for 25.00++ for the service. What a joke! I wish I could put a 0 review.
