Adequate room for an adequate price and just needed to crash for the night. Room was loud, you heard every car on the street. The stylish blinders before the window were unpractical to keep out the street lights and just a bit too short horizontally. Barh clean.
Mind the tourist trap. Asking if the menu for 42 euro is available, and after having eaten an entry and the main dish before confirming our dessert, telling you were eating Ă la carte instead of warning when ordering that we had a limited choice. Prutsers.
I stayed two nights. For business trips I can recommend this hotel. First of all personnel is very friendly and helpful. Food is also very good. Very nice place, very good location. I felt in this hotel almost as at home.
Nice hotel for one or two nights if you travel in the area. Staff is very friendly, but rooms need and update. Bar service is correct, but breakfast could be more generous considering that hotel has 4 stars.
In the back someone has a rooster. The first night was a nightmare. We had to move to another room in the front. The hotel has not enough insulation to keep the sound out. The windows seems to be single glass...so ask for a room in front.
Going to the hospital very close by - this place is very convenient I slept GREAT, but there is no fitness center, which is a big downside for me. Not a lot of choices around Sint Niklaas, so you kind of should stay here
Stayed for one night whilst on business nearby. Room was ok with a decent bed and plenty of space. Bathroom design not great with very little space beside the sink. Breakfast was only average Functional rather than memorable
I arrived very late night at the hotel but the service was friendly and very welcome, the room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. The parking space was free and safe, my car was full of lugages. The price was excellent.
We stayed four nights whilst visiting a patient in hospital. Rooms are comfortable. All is fine but don't ask for tap water to drink. All water is bottled and very expensive. Most staff were helpful and friendly.
This is the second time I stay at the Serwir Hotel in Sint Niklaas, Belgium. In both occasions the hotel premises and specially the staff are very good, friendly and ready to provide help in almost anything they can. It is walking distance to the mall, the castle and the plaza.
