Ver 13.5.0.6: It is frustrating that Schwab totally ignores issues identified. Below problem remains (as many here have identified). It is unacceptable for the customer to need to sign out or reinstall app simply to see/edit active orders.
Additionally, there is no consistency on bid/ask reporting - position, gain/loss, order listing, and actual order seem to randomly report different numbers. How hard can it be to utilize the same source?

Ver 13.4.1.2: Problem continues with order status page. It constantly shows blank/refuses to load. Not only can a customer not see status, this is the only way to access for order change or cancellation. Having tech support say it requires deleting and reinstalling app is an unacceptable answer.
I love banking with Charles Schwab, but mobile banking is a big priority for me when working with a bank. This app is buggy and freezes up constantly, making it unusable. Itâs not just a slowness issue, literally the whole app will free all the UI will become unusable. Please bring your app up to the high standards that the rest of your services are at.
Back to old version please, separate order status screen
Please have better formatting for U.S. Research Roundup in the Tile ViewâŚway too hard to read!

If you tap Trade from the bottom menu, it just dies. App is unusable for trading except looking at balance.
It would be useful to have parameters to capture accurate photo of checks.
Huge issues with the UI since the update
Seems like every other recent update breaks account groupings. Do these releases get tested?
My only suggestion is to enable buying CDs on phone and IPad apps. Otherwise I love it.

Customers of Yale's new smart lock app are giving it poor reviews, saying it crashes, fails to find the lock, lacks functionality and has poor customer service. Many also report that the app stops working when their phone is not connected to Bluetooth. The negative feedback comes after Yale claimed the app's recent release was a success and had received positive feedback from users. Users of the old app are also complaining that they can no longer use it as Yale has forced them to switch to the new version.
