  • Service was rather chaotic

    Stayed for one night on a business trip. The hotel is collocated with a football stadium/sports hall. Reception is located separately to the where the rooms are bit odd but no big deal. Room was large, modern and very comfortable. I went to bar with the intention of having dinner, food service seemed very chaotic with a large family group clearly frustrated having been waiting a while for their food to arrive. I think the kitchen was short staffed so gave dinner a miss. Undecided if I would stay again.

  • mom and daughter lovely stay whilst enjoying a coach trip

    Stayed for four nights Lovely room with everything needed for our stay, good use of the space re “wardrobe” for hanging up clothes. Loved the shower and that there were two options. The walk in aspect was ideal for those with mobility issues. The breakfast options were fab especially the sugar bread and marzipan bread. Evening meals were also reasonable especially after a long journey. Overall the staff were lovely from the kitchen to the reception.

    A great price for a nice modern room. Gym is great, breakfast has a wide choice of options and the staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed one night and will definitely stay again when back in Oss. A great choice for a value quality night. Would recommend

  • Good hotel

    Modern hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Fast WiFi and free parking at the reserved hotel spots. Location isn't great if you want to go into town for dinner or drinks. The food at their own restaurant is decent, but overpriced. Considering we had a special deal paying € 50,- for the room per night (breakfast included for 2 persons), we were satisfied with our 5-night stay.

  • Good modern hotel that cud be so much better

    Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern with large gym and trendy look. Has a decent bar and a restaurant. However no mini bar or even a bottle of water in the room. No ability to even make a cup of tea. One small non bath towel. Twin beds pushed together with three plastic mattresses stack on top of each other, not comfortable. Buffet breakfast really good. Free parking but 25 minute walk to small town Next to the nice OSS football and sports stadium

    The Nelson City Resort is a great place to come, it's top to be in Oss! Good value for money this Hotel/resorts is. The health club/fitness area with sauna is good visited by people as well as their spinning room. The breakfast is complete and good. The ladies at the reception are very friendly, thanks to, Sao, Vera and Marion!

    Nice location just at the stadium, but if you go for a sports event, the location is perfect. Room was okay, small, but okay. Thin walls, could clearly hear what was going on next door. Breakfast was too much quantity and too little quality, and putting up 2 thermo's of coffee for 30-40 guest, is much too little, quite irritating, and have to be on higher level for the price.

  • Nice modern rooms, clean and spacious

    Nice hotel! Really modern, rooms are good too. Only downside is the toilet isn't very private - it is a sliding door and leaves a significant gap!! The beds were comfy too. The restaurant was nice and the breakfast was a nice selection too. It would definitely be better if they had sausages available though, and they should get ketchup too! All they had was "Curry Ketchup" which was a bit odd! All in all though, I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend.

  • Perfect in every qay

    I spend 1 night and I loved it because: - everything was new - everything was very clean - excellent bed - silent room - very friendly and professional staff in hotel and restaurant. - I loved the restaurant food. The green egg makes the meat fantastic. And again very clean room.
