  • A Jewel in Ghent

    Absolutely fantastic hotel, superb room, very approachable staff and great amenities. I even recommend the complimentary breakfast which was more impressive than other paid for breakfasts I’ve experienced. If you are travelling by car, I recommend this hotel as it is close to the main arterial route into the city.

  • Construction next door

    Rooms are comfortable and fresh. Location is by the a highway and a cluster of other hotels. The biggest issue is the construction going on right next door. After 20 hours our car was coated with construction dust. Had to go immediately to a car wash before driving on. I would not stay here again.

  • Super super stay

    The hotel sad modern and chic so we did like it a lot. The staff is very helpful and take time explaining all the information. Great mention to Judi (?) at the reception for helping with the planning of the city trips around Belgium. We will be back!!!

  • Bleisure travel in Ghent - the perfect hotel!

    Perfect hotel located off the highway at the edge of the city with easy access to the center and all attractions. Spacious studio apartment with living room and bedroom separated by a swiveling TV. Love the set up! Although I did not use, it has a nice kitchenette. For a longer stay I would have definitely used it. Staff were super friendly and offered helpful tips about the area and city. Highly recommend this hotel.

  • Excellent Hotel and staff - Fabulous.

    Amazing hotel and accommodation. The rooms are incredibly large with a small suite and kitchenette included. Clean, contemporary and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. Definitely recommend this to travellers from across the globe.

  • Modern, clean & functional hotel

    The hotel appears pretty new, and as such very much up to date. My room was spacious, I booked a separate living room part (with small kitchenette) and sleeping room part. Spacious bathroom also. Breakfast is relatively simple and to the point, do not expect miracles. All in all, very good value for money, and very up to date, and most important very clean. Easy access from the highway also.

  • Fantastic stay

    Absolutely fantastic stay! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was great and the rooms are very clean and modern. We stayed for Valentine's day and the staff made it fantastic. The location is very easy to reach yet still close to the city center. I would absolutely recommend this hotel

  • We will be back

    We stayed at the Residence Inn Ghent for valentine's weekend. The staff went above and beyond to make this weekend special, the breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms were modern and sleek. We had a nice welcome gift in the room for the occasion, we will definitely return!

  • Very good considering the Covid restrictions

    I stayed there September 14th till 21st November for work Reasons staff were helpful breakfast could of been better, they did not clean the rooms but we could ask for changes of bed linen etc anytime or change rooms. I found the cooking facilities in the rooms very useful especially during the Covid restrictions, if I go there there again I’ll use the same hotel. I also found the self service laundry room useful

  • Amazing hotel for business travel

    Fair price, nice rooms and completely new. The fitness is also good, small but fine. The rooms are very spacious and have a kitchen. There is an Aldi just 300 m meters away, so you can buy food and cook. Other there is not much around.
