I have been receiving supplies from this company for about 4 years. The start was very responsive as they sent me samples until I was comfortable. There were some minor delivery timing "worries" at a time during the pandemic, but they addressed them well and I have never had even a minor worry since.

You are easy to work with, your supplies always arrive before I need them so I have no need to worry if they will come on time.

During a weekend, my last shipment from 180 Medical was stolen from my front step. I had to arrange for a quick re-shipment. Kelsey at 180 Medical was incredibly thoughtful. Hard to believe that the company we have been getting supplies from for 2 years have denied my son his catheter because he turned 21 in a wheelchair from a gunshot spinal cord injury in t4 but it doesn't meet the requirements of insurance? Go figure Thank God 180 called me and they said they were getting his order ready to be shipped OMG I was so happy that they gave us hope my son was bleeding from samples they sent then developed a UTI We spoke with dee and she was ready to send us samples of his catheter I couldn't believe how much she tried to help I can't wait to speak to the team today I will definitely give a review when he receives the supplies he needs to not have uti and have to sleep on or sit in his wheelchair on absorbing pads because he's constantly having accidents it's getting very frustrating for him he was so happy after they called and said that he would love to work for a company that cares so much about the suffering patients and not what the insurance company is denying you of a basic need to urinate thank you all Thank God
