    We stayed for a week 2nd - 9th August 2023, Exactly what we required. All details were catered for, great choice for breakfast each morning , Couldn't fault anything, Excellent clean hotel with helpful staff .

  • Great Hotel

    We enjoyed very much staying at Van der Valk Hotel Apeldoorn - de Cantharel. Our room was beautiful with a great view of the forrest. We enjoyed swimming and relaxing in the sauna. We would definitely come back.

  • We will be back!

    We had such a superb stay. The staff were keen to help and friendly. The rooms were so comfortable and it was clean. We loved to go for a walk from the hotel and there are routes to follow in the forest. The breakfast is fantastic!

    Impressive setting and facilities nice, cozy and clean, and calm. Friendly staff at good setting for business talks. Although offer at the restaurant a bit limited but food was excellent Will return for sure when doing business in the region.

    We were so surprised by this hotel. The photos online do not do it justice. The place is stunning. It felt like a Japanese hotel in the middle of Holland. We loved our room, the location, the spa and the food—basically all of it.

    Nice room with terrace and seating. Hotel nicely laid out with good facilities (wellness and sauna). Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the live cooking buffet - lots to choose from, definitely come back again

    Beautiful Hotel, tastefully decorated, very clean. No noise coming from any of the other rooms. Helpful friendly staff. Best place to be on New Year's Eve if you want to avoid the noise and fireworks - very peaceful in rural surroundings.

  • Beautiful and well located Hotel

    Very nice hotel, beautiful outside terraces with nice furniture, and also inside. A classy set-up everywhere. The rooms are very bid and beautiful, nice modern design. Lots of beautiful green areas for walks and bicycling.....fantastic.

    2nd visit to this hotel. Even during this coronatime they managed everything in a correct way. Many thanks to the staff. Dinners were served inside and outside so tables were positioned even more then 1,5M from each other. Perfect
