      One earbud had this static sound and the other was ok. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY RENEWED ITEM IN AMAZON! Maybe some items work but i would not risk just to waste my money!!!😡

      Fell apart trying to change the little adjustable piece that goes in your ear. Pulled the AirPod in half. The third party company was awful and wouldn’t do anything. Amazon wouldn’t do anything. Such a disappointment. This happened on DAY ONE. $150 down the drain. Tell me there wasn’t something wrong with these renewed AirPods???

      The left ear had lots of loud static as soon as I took it out of the case. Once connected to the Bluetooth it was so overpowering I couldn’t even hear the music over it. I had to end up sending them back for a refund. Very unfortunate since they are supposedly throughly checked for quality before going up for sale

      We bought AirPod Pros from this company. They crackle and are not clear. We submitted a return and have never received any response other than the item is not available to be shipped. Be careful using this vendor. Not reputable. There is also no one to talk to. You have to go through Amazon’s robo assistant. Be aware. Look elsewhere.

      They work great, but the right air pod sometimes plays static when noise cancellation or transparency are turned on. I just have to turn said modes off and it works fine.

    • Left ear stopped charging after 2 years of use

      I used these AirPods for about 2 years consistently for all purposes - working, weightlifting, running, etc. for an average of about an hour a day - and they worked great for me during this time. But after about 2 years, they stopped consistently charging and I would find one to be dead when I wanted to use them for a workout. I tried cleaning the metal contacts on the bottoms of the AirPods and in the case, and this worked well. But after about 2-3 weeks, the left ear stopped charging completely. I'm sad to write this because they were great up until then, but I would expect that paying $200+ for these would give me more time than only 2 years of use. I am switching to the Beats Fit Pros specifically because I found that the magnetic charging contacts on these are very strong and that this would not be an issue.

      I bout the acceptable ones but from the looks of the reviews everyone regardless of which kind you buy has this problem. They look to work great but I haven’t put them on yet. They came with some grey ish smudge on the case and the case and AirPod itself still has earwax from either the tester or previous owner. First time buying refurbished item on Amazon and this wasn’t that great. I don’t mind that they don’t look new but clean them please. Gonna clean them myself but still, goodluck to anyone looking to buy these

      Had less than a year. Right EarPod rattles. Very disappointed for the amount they cost. I have 3 year old Raycons that still sound perfect. Will not buy again!

      I'm a big Apple products fan, unfortunately these Air Pods pro first generation has been a big disappointment from the beginning, they worked beautifully when new until a couple of months later when they started making this awful crackling scratchy noise noise, I went thru the hustle of sending them in for repair, got them back and worked okay for a couple of weeks and just gave up, I tried later to have them refurbished at my own expense since the warranty was out and they wanted $280 to do that, its a joke since I can get a brand new set for $200..Apple has always known these pods were defective and still doesn't do anything about it...Very disappointed!!!

      After a week of using this item the touch volume stopped working but I forgot to request a refund and the time passed. The noise canceling and the quality of the music is good so all is not lost
