    I like the bite size chunks of information in this book. It's very easy to absorb the ideas and then implement them. If you need to review or go back, it's nice to have them in these standalone formats. The ideas pair nicely with Buffini and coming from a place of service and suit my business well.

  • Get the physical book.

    There are good tips in this book, but the Audible version will grate on your nerves. There are weird pronunciations of ordinary words and grammatical issues that make me wonder if the author listened to it or had it edited before it was released. Authors should read their own work.

    I am not in the real estate business but this book is a great guide that pertains to any business. Sometimes it is as simple as showing up with a tactical plan that can be done in 5 minutes a day. Everyone wants to win but few are willing to do the hard work to prepare to win, Karen shows how to do this in 5 minutes a day.

    Karen does an amazing job with this book! I enjoyed both the inspirational aspect of the book and the great tips and strategies to become more successful and effective in real estate.   • AMAZING!!!

    Wow! Karen is a MASTER at selling effectively and making sure people actually understand the step-by-step process to making a difference for customers! She’s not only inspirational and an amazing writer....she also is clearly an expert in her field. I’m not in real estate but all these tips relate to my industry. Pick up this book! You won’t regret it!

  • About real estate, and life!

    There are many great stories and lessons from Karen in her book. The stories relate not only to real estate, but life in general. One example is the Aug. 29th entry. She tells of how we sometimes let our own opinions get in the way of a sale. Remembering that everyone is different and that our goal is to allow our clients to choose what is best for them. Great book. Highly recommended!
