  • Good stay but not so experience hotel staff

    Our stay was good but staff was not so experience, leads to some forced selling (restaurant). This has to be corrected for the revendicateur standing of this hotel. Food was great and there was a black spot on fresh bed shests

  • Another lovely stay at this hotel

    Everything was lovely apart from the cold weather. My only other criticism would be the air-conditioning in the junior suite we had, blew straight onto the bed, but if you turned it off the room got too warm.

  • Great for a spa weekend

    Excellent location and direct access to les thermes. Indoors parking for 20€/day.Suites with balcony have a great view but the balcony is accessible by other guests so no privacy. Dinner a bit disappointing .Decent room, very comfortable with great amenities (even bathrobes and towels to bring to les thermes)

    Very nice hotel with very good comfort. Very pleasant staff. We would not hesitate to return. Breakfast was very varied. The hotel is well located, close to cafes and terraces in the area. 100% recommended

  • Would Stay Again

    It was clean with friendly helpful staff. It had good food, underground parking and is central to Spa. There was private access to Thermes. The place felt safe and secure. The variety at breakfast was particularly good.

  • Stay at the radisson

    I didn't get the room I order I got twins bed when I asked for a king size bed The service was fine but at the check in the men did not explain to us that we could take the bathrobe to the spa or anything relevant for our stay.

  • Excellent stay in SPA

    The Radisson Blue hotel is fantastic. Good reception and services, nice, neat rooms, super breakfast and the connection to the Thermen is super and very pleasant. We've been there a few times and will definitely be back!

  • Perfectly situation for walks in the city. Private funiculaire to thermal baths

    Hotel is perfectly situtated for walks in the city and has Ă  private funicular to the thermal baths which we really appreciated. Restaurant is Nice and they managed to give us Ă  sept even without rĂŠservation and it was Ă  busy Saturday evening. Even with a smile. Breakfast is wonderful.

  • Bad experience

    Awful experience. The room was dirty especially the bathroom with looked liked it was not even cleaned after the previous guests. Sauna and fitness are a joke. Heating was not working. We got sick after this vacation. To expensive for what they are offering.

  • Best place to get to the SPA Wellness Resort

    Rooms are perfect and location as well, just one step and your are in the elevator to the SPA Wellness Resort, the food at the restaurant and especially the bartenders are super friendly, especially big thanks to Isham who made our evening with perfect drinks and bites
