  • Saddened by the service and feel ripped off

    Order in November 2022 - 3 blankets. Never did receive them and through emails to this company and BBB- they said they would send me new ones. Still have not received those. Wrote to the BBB again and they said they cannot refund me as this is the second time the same case has been opened. I was told I used in appropriate language in my email and all I said was that I was “beyond frustrated” - which I am. So I highly doubt I will get my blankets or a refund. I spent $250. So disappointing. Don’t order from there.

  • It's a scam

    Just adding to the very long list of reviews - this company is indeed a scam (also marked by BBB as such). I've been chasing them for 3 months, got no order and no refund. The money is gone, and they're not responding.

  • Extremely slow delivery

    I ordered November 15th and still haven’t got the order. I complained desember 26th and they said they would send a new order, but haven’t got that one either. When I complained again they just did that it was on its way.Update 7th march: 4 months and 3 complains after I ordered, I got my package. The socks where really soft and good quality tho.

  • BUYER BEWARE

    BUYER BEWARE. Ordered two blankets. Received one that was misprinted. Attempted to reach out multiple times to see if I could get it replaced and was met with no response. I had to file a claim with my bank to get refunded. After I had done that, a PupSocks rep finally reached out and said that my replace order was processed and in production. Never received any updates and it just showed up after months. I get the blanket and it’s completely wrong. Be aware that if you receive and incorrect item, you’ll never get the correct one sent to you. And good luck trying to get a rep to actually respond back. They try to lure you in with all these discount codes, it’ll take forever for your order to arrive and it’s a gamble if you’ll get the correct item. 0/10 would not recommend purchasing anything from here.

    • I Want A Refund

      My boyfriend bought me a mug with pictures of our cat for Christmas. Unfortunately we never received it. It said delivered but it never delivered so he could tatted them and they supposedly mailed it out again. Instead of saying it delivered in mailbox this time, it said it delivered to a person. Neither of us received it. He asked for his money back since we never got anything and they said no. Will never buy from this site in the future.

      Wrong socks! Ordered socks with a cute image of my friend’s new puppy. Received “I love Mom” socks with photo of random children. No response from customer service emails. No phone number to call.

      Ordered 5 pairs, got 4. Of the 4, 3 were correct and one was incorrect (charged me for 3 faces and only included one - the wrong one). Order also came in 3 weeks after placed and after Christmas.

      This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They do not send the items you order. When you try to reach out to their customer support - they don’t respond or ever look into the issue. Look at the other reviews, look at the Better Business Bureau - this company is the absolute worst.

    • Gimmicky sock ultra poor service

      Cute gimmicky socks. Not the best material. Sizing is way off the mark. I ordered XS Youth 1-5. They fit me, size 11 adult men, just fine. Customer service with them? Doesn’t exist. If I could rate less than one star I would.

      I ordered two pairs of socks with two different pictures of the same dog. I received one pair with the dog, one pair with the stuffed pig that was sitting beside her in the picture I sent. To be fair, I had not cropped the picture, nor did I specify they should use the dog and not the toy. BUT...

      Ordered a pair of socks weeks ago. They send you a bogus tracking number that can’t be tracked. Then you get an email that says they don’t know where the package is. Terrible customer service as there is no way to contact this company. These people are scammers! Don’t buy from them!

      Placed an order for two blankets. One was made fine, the other was incorrect. My order came but one of the “blankets” was made incorrectly. I indicated two faces and expressed which one to highlight and it was ignored! Second face isn’t even on product. To add insult to injury, I had even received a promo email with both cat's faces on the blanket and that looked perfect. Why was my order reduced to only one cat face?As far as the blanket sizing I guess that’s my ignorance but if I’m spending $50+ dollars on a blanket it would be for something that actually covers a person. They are so small! Emailed and also commented on their Instagram for some type of resolution. Have yet to hear back. Very disappointed and I should have done more research into this company.

      I ordered two pairs of the same socks. One came out perfect and the other pair was completely messed up. I tried emailing two different addresses they provided for customer service (one in the original order email and the other on their website) and both came back undeliverable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

      I ordered 3 pair of socks Nov 26. I ordered 2 adult and 1 child. It took 3 weeks to receive them. That's a long time for socks. They're really thin, weird feeling. But the real issue is that the child's socks are the same size as the adults'. So here I spent $20 on a pair of socks as a gift that is now worthless. I needed it for next week for Hanukkah. There is no contact phone number. Instead there is only email. It takes 1-3 days for them to respond. This means my gift is now ruined. I can't give a 6 year old adult socks, it's silly. I really regret using Pupsocks. They're more expensive than shutterfly and poor customer service.

      I added a note for the production team to leave in my dogs chin. I was told PupSocks could not send a proof, but before the socks arrived, they sent a up-sell promo and my dogs chin was cut out and weird cheeks were created where my dog had none. He was unrecognizable. This image could have been sent as a proof. I get this message when trying to reach customer service.Delivery incompleteThere was a temporary problem delivering your message to team at gopupsocks.com. Gmail will retry for 45 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.

      11 days after I have ordered I have only received a tracking number that neither UPS nor Shop can provide delivery information for. I also discovered this product through instagram advertising and regret not doing some research before purchasing. Use a competitor's service. I will be contacting my bank to cancel the charge

      A gift for my wife. They sent me a tracking number that did not work. Told me that it was too bad that my order got lost, that I should contact some insurance company and ask for a refund. Insurance company was a dead end, so I put a stop on my credit card for the charge. They then became more sympathetic and tried to send me a replacement pair of socks which again I never received. I asked for a refund and they said they can't because of the credit card dispute.

      I ordered 2 pairs of socks Nov 8 after seeing an ad on social media. It's Nov 29 and they can't tell me when the order will be shipped due to "quality concerns." But I'm being bombarded with ads and emails now to order more. Customer service says they " want to be sure we make up for where we fell short of fulfilling your order in a timely manner." but don't actually offer me anything! Save yourself the hassle.

      My son especially likes dogs so I bought two for him.Very fast logistics,my son likes it too,but I noticed that the pattern is obviously deformed after wearing although it is hidden in the shoe, the children may prefer a dog sock that looks and wears cute.

      We recently had to have our dog, who we had for 13 years, euthanized. I purchased the socks, with his photo, as a gift for my wife. The socks are great quality and the photo was matched perfectly. The order process was easy and shipment was quick. Thanks for great product.

    • Second pair of socks good but not great

      This was my second pair of socks purchased and the quality of the photos was not as great. I even mentioned in the comments, upon ordering, that if better photos were needed I could provide them. The dogs’ faces were a bit elongated and not clear. I’m sure they will be loved, but I’ve seen the quality you can produce and this just didn’t match it.

      Never got them. It’s been almost a month and they made it to the island next to me (I live in Hawaii) they sat on that island for a few days and then it says it left there and went back to the continental US on august 1st and they never moved. So I guess I’m not getting them
