    Best service from Sirojul Islam, Aminul Islam & Shahidul Islam room number is 741 & 742. They changed the towels, give new waters for drinking and clean the toilets. They are alao very friendly to all of us

    Best service ever... especially kamal, mohamed ferves from house keeping. Room 1722 .. the hospitality was immense. The place was optimum in front of haram and you also have many restaurants in the mall

  • Very helpful staff especially Yara

    Excellent place to stay and very comfortable. Yara at the reception was friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend booking at this hotel. Very close to Masjid Al Haraam and was perfect for a short break to come to Makkah.

  • I have a wonderful stay also thanks to the house keepers. They are very nice and always ready to help you.

    The breakfast is super excellent and thank you so much to a staff Mr NOASHAD for his excellent customer relationship. He is very nice and compassionate. I will recommend him for award and promotion please. Thank you Mr NOASHAD.

    The food for breakfast lunch and dinner is nice, the room is big and comfortable…able to use both hot and cold shower…the disadvantages is the plug…brought travel adapter and cannot use them because they use circular travel adapter

    Top service goed breakfast I like every thing fast check in. Clean near to al haram 2 minutes to Walk to masjid al haram room service is perfect I recommend to all pelgrims hoe want to perform Haj of umrah I definitely came again inshallah

  • Great Hotel with exceptional room service

    Pervez and Kamal the room service team took great care of us and made sure out room was kept clean and we never lacked for anything. Hope to come back and stay at pullman zamzam again soon. Great hotel with amazing location.

  • Very Accessible!

    It was one of the closest hotels to al-haram and was quite cozy. I stayed here for around 10 days, and for the number of people staying there, it was very well managed! The breakfast was… ok, not bad, but not great.
