I had the pleasure of getting a tattoo done by Charlotte @inkfacttattoo.com recently. I was impressed by the professionalism and personalised service from start to finish from Charlotte and Guiseppe. Charlotte completed the tattoo, and her ideas, insights and suggestions helped to develop an exceptional design that captured all of my ideas. Charlotte demonstrated skill and precision, and her attention to detail resulted in a tattoo that exceeded my expectations. The studio practice is clean and hygienic, which further reinforced my confidence in their work. I felt comfortable and at ease from the start to finish the session. I am already planning with Charlotte my next tattoo.

I went to InkFact as a walk-in to have my septum pierced about two weeks ago. It was my first ever piercing but Giuseppe was incredibly good at putting me at ease and explaining the whole process. The piercing looks great, would highly recommend.

Giuseppe is very patient and careful to clients requests and views. He is very meticulous and precise and he also has a very gentle hand when tattooing.I had a good experience, I will definitely go back.

First time getting a tattoo and I was feeling quite nervous as I was getting it on my sternum/underboob/torso area but both Giuseppe and Demetrio reassured me I had nothing to be nervous about, both were very professional and polite. My tattoo was done by Demetrio and I must say it looks amazing very good attention to detail. I felt comfortable and relaxed thanks to Demetrios checkins every half hour to make sure I was feeling alright and if I needed to take any breaks.Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be back for my second tattoo at the end of this month.

Took my daughter to get her belly Pierced, Guisseppi He was amazing he made sure she was ok he went through everything with us the aftercare etc he made sure she was feeling good before leaving :). best place to come in London definitely recommend this place amazing I’m going there to get all my Pirecing from now on :)

Great place to get piercings! All equipment are properly packaged, sterile and quality grade. Giuseppe was very reassuring and made sure I got exactly what I asked for. Won’t go anywhere else!!

Got a rook piercing from here a while ago and i’m in love with the way it’s been healing. Piercer was quick and let me know everything he was doing.

What made my experience great was that they had good advice for me as this was my very first tattoo they had made sure to get the tattoo in the right size and really took their time and will ask if I'm okay I will definitely be visiting there again for my next tattoo

My and my two friends did a walk in on a Saturday wanting to get a tattoo each, we didn’t expect to get it done the same day as most of the places you would have to book an appointment as with many places you would have to do, however the staff was very nice, professional and helpful and they accepted us all to get it done on the same day. They were very professional and very helpful, we all was very satisfied with the service and the outcome of our tattoo, the tattoo artist was very professionally and payed attention to every detail of the picture that was provided so we would get exactly what we wanted, all of the tattoos came out great and as we expected. I could not recommend this place more. If you love professional and friendly service this is the place❤️

The time and attention to detail of sizing and positioning my tattoos was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble at every stage checking and rechecking always asking if I was happy. The colour, shading and fine detail is beyond my expectations I'm so pleased with the final results. I will definitely return. Barry

Very professional and organised. My sister recommended the shop because she had an amazing tattoo and experience. The Day after going in shop i had my artwork and tattoo done. Price and aftercare was very reasonable.

I came on Saturday with my mum and sister, we had no booking but they fitted us in, made us feel so comfortable and help my mum come up with an idea! We all love our tattoos and we will definitely be back!

Great atmosphere from the minute you walk in! Amazing customer service, very welcoming and cleanly environment! They’ve even sent an email reminder of the aftercare process which is super helpful also. All of the staff are brilliant, so much so that I myself have visited more than once and also sent family members here. Would 110% recommend :)
