    Clean and tidy as are all their hotels, the staff are polite and helpful . The disabled rooms cater for all your needs along with good parking at the hotel. The breakfast at all there hotels is always at a high standard

  • Great hotel in Mons

    I was visiting my family in Mons, and this hotel is definitely the best in the region. I enjoyed all the services there: the restaurant, the swimming pool, the gym, etc. And the room is clean and well equiped.

    Slept 3 nights, nothing to report, everything was great. The breakfast is high level, fresh orange, grapefruit and fruit juyces, the bed was a king size, room temperature was more than ok. I will be back

    Lovely hotel and great location. The staff were amazing, my husband is unwell and I struggled to give him his medicines. I went to the reception desk and asked if they could help and the did. Thank you

    excellent hotel for a short stay over for an activity in the neighbourhood. Quit and clean room with comfortable bed and good parking facilities. Breakfast buffet offered everything needed. Friendly staff.

    I have stayed here many times over the years. They provide consistently reliable quality and comfort, with a convenient location for a short walk into town. Good parking and facilities with a great restaurant. Best hotel in Mons!

    Outstanding food (incl breakfast), clean, very short walk to train station. Friendly staff, nice Bars, Workout area a bit small, during conference work noise to have everything around the hotel in even better shape.

    Located in Mons this hotel has everything it takes. Free parking, fast WIFI connection, clean, large rooms, comfortable beds, and a great breakfast. We will surely go there again once we will be near Mons.again.

  • Nice and spacious

    Clean and warm hotel. Good spa, swimming pool. Nice food and spacious rooms. Food at Quai 5 is a good wide selection and it has a good menu for kids as well. Even a play area in the restaurant for the kids.

    The decor was amazing, What was catered for our company event was tasty, but the chicken was dry. Overall, I hope the company has our next event at the Van der Valk, Mostly because it is so close to where we live.
