    Request nit read by hotel team, hotel not cold, airflow not balance, not worth the price i pay. Hard to parking, staff not helpful. Staff no documentation and communication internally. Can be improve.

    We had an awesome experience staying in this resort. Friendly staff and helpful. we enjoy throughout our stay. for sure we will be staying again the pools, kids club, ambiance, and environment are nice!

    Best room service experience. Staff name mazlina, she’s been really helpful throughout the stay. Kudos parkroyal for having such staff and service. Bell boys are on time too! Perfect! Def will be back here soon! Xx

    Amazing resort! Comfortable beds, clean rooms
 great beach view. The people are so nice, the food is amazing and they have great cocktails! I had the best mojito in Parkroyal in Penang! đŸ€© I truly recommend it!

    NICE FLUFFY PILLOWS, REALLY BEAUTIFUL SCENERY OVERALL AT THE RESORT, REALLY HUGE BREAKFAST BUFFET SPREAD, HUGE POOL WITH SLIDES, FUN KIDS ROOM, U REALLY DESERVE 5 STAR FOR THIS. WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK FOR MORE!

    We waited approx 15 mins for check in even though we arrived 4.30pm and 1 of our rooms was not ready yet. Bed is huge and comfortable. For a 5 star hotel, no body lotion is provided. Breakfast selection is plentiful.

    The hotel was great and rooms is huge. The overall experience was good, staff and other facilities were great. Location with beach facing was great. This hotel will be our go to for future trips to Penang. Value for money.

    Lovely hotel. Great staff and facilities. Would stay again. Pool is great. Huge choice at breakfast. A bit crowded at peak times, but earlier very relaxing. On beach. Nearby restaurants if you want different food or cheaper options.
