Love this item! My other one was smaller and I had to cut larger cloves in half. This one I do not. Presses them so beautifully! The little garlic peeler was a bonus! Works great!

This is made very well. Very solid and easy to clean.

I bought this device because it is recommended by Good Housekeeping and because the famous chef Ottolenghi says he gives a thumbs up to the use of a garlic press even though some cooks feel that mincing garlic by hand is preferential. The press comes with a couple additional items. Works great.

Excellent everything

I was happy with this purchase until all the black coating on the handles started peeling off last night while I was cooking. Now I don't even want to use this garlic press.

Just received and washed it. It seems a bit more cumbersome compared to my Pampered Chef item, that I’ve had for at least 25 years. And the cleaning brush does not appear as effective either. But the old one is now worn to the point it no longer looks safe to use.

It's stainless steel, well made to be durable. A bit pricey, but worth it. Using almost dailey.

Annoying and a hassle

Well, I use it to press garlic cloves for cooking.

Stainless steel, easy to maintain. A bit on the heavy side which is a positive for forcing the garlic through the press. I have small hands so others may not find it as heavy. Comes w a small rubber tube, highly useful for removing the thin papery ‘skin’ from the cloves, so you don’t have to pick at it. All in all, an excellent purchase, no regrets.

I buy properly aged garlic so the accessory peel tool does no good. Hover the press feels like a tool that will last - I've used it a couple of times since receiving. It has a good hand feel and heft, and the garlic comes out nicely pressed. The tool is a little messy in use but very easy to clean. If this is truly stainless steel, it is money well spent as it will last the rest of my mortal life, and then some.
