    Very good breakfast, the bed and pillow was very comfortable and the hotel is located at the city center, easy to move around. The rooms can be improved as well as the curtains. The bathroom didn't smell good.

    Hotel is old and needs renovation. Beds are terrible. Breakfast is not nice and poor in choices and quality would not recomend. Bathroom is old and smelly rooms are not nice rooms are not soundproof friendly receptionist

  • Very pleasant stay in Mechelen

    Great position for city centre and station. Very helpful friendly staff. Very clean with comfortable beds and superb breakfast which gave plenty of choices for vegans and vegetarians in a pleasant light breakfast room

  • Poor hotel

    The airco unit was broke so I got another room which was really dirty. I called reception to ask for cleaning but all they did was give me a broom at 23.50 to clean it up myself. Breakfast was poor and a lot of things were out of stock.

    Very comfortable hotel in a very convenient location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of choice for breakfast which is very good value. Room large and well appointed. Beds good size and comfortable.

    Well positioned hotel, across from Brussels Midi and Eurostar. Lovely clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. There is a lot of building and roadworks going on outside which is the only negative but not a problem...

  • Wifi very poor

    I am very disappointed with the wifi in this hotel. It states free wifi but the speed is awful as you cannot stream the simplest media, and to increase it they charge 9.90 euros for 24 hours, Shall not be returning.

  • Good choise

    Clean well located and nice and friendly staff. I liked the central location in the center of Mechelen. Its a walking distance from most "must see" points of this charming town. Breakfast a bit expensive.

  • Great stay!

    Nice, luxurious hotel. Sadly, the price of parking wasn’t on the side of the hotel, so I was very surprised I had to pay for it! The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room was lovely, we had a nice stay

    This hotel was great. Very friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Breakfast was delish. Dinner was amazing. The town is also very refreshing. Classic cobblestone roads. Friendly neighbors that wave from their windows.
