Every time you go to use the app it has signed you out and you need to find your password. Why? And why not use faceID ? Such an old style app.

Parked in NCP car park, normally payment taken from acct as soon as I leave, however unknown to me website went down so I was charged/fined. Appeal was turned down so had to pay.
