Rude Receptionist and Very Long Check Out Took the male receptionist almost 30 minutes to do my check out - my driver was waiting yet he did not care - I complained about the delay twice but he again did not care. He was very rude; argumentative and should not be working at the front desk. Finally, another male receptionist intervened and gave my passport back to me & apologised. It is enough that one unhappy/aggressive person spoil the experience.
Rooms are large and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed. Clean room and bathroom. Bathroom with shower stalls and large rain shower head, good water pressure. Unfortunately, it has only single sink. ( I found out some rooms have double sinks). Excellent breakfast spread, western and traditional Iranian. Friendly and helpful staff. ( Roof top restaurant was under renovation). Nice view of Tehran city from the roof top. Hotel located in the posh neighborhood at foothills of north Tehran, near the road to Darband Resort, near to vibrant Tarjish Bazaar. Quiet neighborhood.
I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel. I recommend this property for all the travelers. The stuff are very welcoming, friendly and respectful. Front desk (Siavash) is one the most caring staff in the hotel.
I am happy I have choosen this hotel. I would say, I am a world traveller. Ahmadi and the other girls from the reception exceeded my expectations a lot! I "pestered" them almost all the time and they always said... Yes, we can. It´s just that Persia (Iran) / Tehran (figuratively speaking) grew on me.
This is the best review I have ever written. very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. Special thanks to Mr.Akbari, Ms.Mona Shamooshaki,Ms.Nakhoda, Mr. Arjmand,Mr.Dehghani. They all make you feel home, super kind and gives you best service. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Batu. Will be back to this place soon
We stayed for 26 days and the staff and hotel were fabulous. The hotel is very modern and lots of amenities in a quiet neighborhood. If has an awesome view of of the mountains. Morning breakfast buffet has varieties of hot and cold items. Restaurant and front desk staff are e always available to accommodate us. This hotel is truly a 5 star in all aspects specifically the service and care you receive from the entire staff. The management is always available to address your concerns or receive your compliments as we provided many of them. We will definitely stay at the Wisteria in our next trip to Tehran and will not consider any other hotels. I would highly recommend staying at Wisteria as you will be pleasantly surprised. Thank you to the entire team of Wisteria.
I stayed in Wisteria hotel for a week , I feel so happy that I booked this hotel , all the staff are very kind and helpful specially housekeeping staff . My room was always clean and you can call the roomservice and have a greate breakfast in your room. I'm very satisfied with the quality of restaurant's food and you can go to the coffee shop and read a book and see the mountains view . I highly recommended this hotel to travelers.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, It was a nice stay. Everything in my room was clean and the room service and restaurant was excellent. I recommend this hotel for sure and will book it again if I visit Tehran again.
One of the most important things in this hotel is , the cleanliness of the environment , in your room and when you walk in hallway , you can feel a pleasant smell and see a shiny floor you can get up and eat a perfect breakfast and start your day . Tourist and business places are so closed to this hotel .
Extremely friendly, professional and helpful staff, excellent food quality, superb location, and great room condition. Hopefully other facilities will be available soon, and high rank managers would invite staff to a private meeting to criticize them (instead of performing it in front of the hotel guests).
Hi . My friends and i spent the Eid fitr holiday at the wisteria hotel. It was one of my best experiences in tehran. unparalleled services were provided to us,including the cleanliness of the rooms, good attitude of staff, delicious foods, and the most important part was about unique taste of the cafe. I suggest you try to accommodate there once.
Great location (close to shops), lobby is spacious and quiet enough for a meeting, breakfast buffet is superb, enough bathroom ammenities for any guest. I wish there is a small window so that I can open to get a little fresh air as the room can get too stuffy.
I was one of the good choices in my hotel in Wisteria. I travel a lot, but this time I came to work in Tehran and chose Wisteria for my stay, and with a good hotel, I was faced with excellent staff and very, very good service. The food in the restaurant was of very good quality and design, and due to the corona conditions, I ate safely in the restaurant. The service of the restaurant was very good. Clean rooms with proper equipment were another good thing about Wisteria. Thank you Wisteria for the great service you had. The hotel view should not be missed, it was unique.
It was our second time to stay in this hotel. Very good breakfast and nice clean rooms. Unfortunately the sky Lounge is still undre construction but it could offer an unforgatable view to Tehran and its mountain. What we love also the hotel location, we can simply walk to Tajrish or to Tavazoh nuts shop and no need to take taxi and waste time in trafice and still you are close to metro to get to other Tehran region. I could say, we like it much more than Espinans Palace or Parsian. It could offer better quality. We will get back to Wisteria in our next trip to Tehran.
So let me start my amazing trip to tehran, and my great hotel wisteria, best room's with hight quality House keeping 🌹 delicious restaurant menu , so at the end perfect stuff, good job gentlemen and keep moving forward 🤜🏻🌹

Flew in from Germany 4 weeks ago, forgot to write a review. This hotel is just gorgues, I highly recommend it, for parrents or couples. Its quite relaxing and what i find really important is that the rooms are secure and soundproof. U don't hear a thing! overall, my wife and i will book this again in the near future.
I stayed here for 4 nights more than a month ago and I should say it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Professional staff, beautiful entrance and lobby, cool and pacifying flower smell every where and a nice designed room. I had all my breakfasts and a lunch here. I really thank the chef and other staff, every food I wanted was on the table for breakfast, as neat as it can get, and they brought lunch to my room in really eye catching dishes, it was delicious too. Nice location, my room had a view of front mountain, if your a fan get one of those. Have a nice stay!
I been in Wisteria Hotel from 21st feb as have come for a personal visit to Tehran. The ambience of the hotel is excellent and most importantly the food served at the breakfast table is amazing and very good staff here to help you and support you through out the stay. The options of food for visitors from different countries are available and they serve delicious food. Special mention of the staff there during breakfast time and all day. All COVID precautions been taken by the staff and management. Perfect place to stay for family and single travellers.
Hi everyone , fortunately I had a chance to visit the wisteria Hotel , first of all I've to say many tnx , because of world class service , if I want to explain , for instance beautiful lobby with lovely music , so clean area from A to Z , and nice coffee shop , restaurant with delicious items , and remember the location is awesome Thank u very much wisteria Hotel for the best service 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I didn’t mean to write the War and Peace of hotel reviews; but it happened. If you don’t have time; here’s an “Executive Summary:” Wisteria is a modern newly built hotel that is on par or better than many international chains. The hotel restaurant is exceptionally good and is blessed with not one; but two talented virtuoso chefs. Stay here; and eat at the restaurant, you wont be sorry. I promise you. Long in-depth review: Wisteria is a lovely, secure, modern, clean and hygienic hotel in the north of the city at an elevation of 5360 feel. Why does that matter? The air in Tehran is pretty polluted, and you are getting better air here than at a lower altitude. The staff are professional, courteous, and very pleasant to deal with. I’ve been here slightly longer that a…
Pandemic time and we look for a clean place to stay safely. We picked couple of hotels during our stay in Iran and this hotel was the first one to stay for a week. Very friendly staff, amazing breakfast, a very experienced chef with lovely lunch and dinner. Super clean and service was extremely fast. Reception team were amazingly polite and down to earth. Great expereince.
I came to Tehran for work. I did not want to stay in hotels with crowded lobbies. Staying in Wisteria Hotel is like staying in my own house. And it all made me stay at this hotel for two months. The hotel's lunch and dinner service is very clean and delicious. The only place I could not use the hotel was the spa, which in the current situation I am really afraid of using such facilities, which I hope will improve until my next visit. Have Jim and Spa. I suggest that if you come to Tehran from the art of hotel chef, then take it. I am sure that in Tehran you cannot have Persian food with real cooking, for example, you cannot get enough of eating Mirza Ghasemi grilled eggplant. One of the other reasons I chose Wisteria is the beautiful location of this hotel. I have a lot of…
We were there two years ago and enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The location is good, the street is not noisy, there are two supermarkets nearby. The staff were kind, helpful, and super polite. The hotel is newly built and modern. The breakfast was abundant and fresh. Our room was spotless and very stylish. Definitely, we will go there on our next stay in Tehran. Highly recommendeddd! P.S. I am writing this review after two years and Unfortunately on Tripadvisor, you can choose the date from the last 12 months. That is why my stay has a different date.
It is the most hygienic hotel in Tehran especially during Covid pandemic situation, newly made building, and very kind staff . Another good thing about this hotel has easy access to attractions of northern sites of Tehran .
Dear friends, Mr Shikholislam and Dr Ghadiry , all Management team , all my special friends, front desk,Food Service , Housekeeping, Coffee Shop , and all staff, I really appreciate your hospitality and your service and we’ll coming , during my time staying at Wisteria Hotel. I really felt that is my home , every times came to lobby, the front desk welcoming me and whit smile on their face and asked me how I am doing how is everything, they made my day very especial, I have to thank’s , Mrs Kohansal , Ms Razeghi ,Ms Safari , Ms Lajmiri ,Mr Aboutalebi , Mr Jahanbaksh , and others staff working at Lobby, you guys are my special friends, the all staff Housekeeping every morning to meet them , how they are friendly and talking to me and asked me how is everything, thank you Ms…
This hotel is located in a very great area of northern Tehran within minutes walk to Tajrish bazaar and shops. It is almost Brand new 5 star Hotel very comfortable& super clean with very nice staff. The buffet breakfast was excellent. I had a privilege to meet the hotel manager in person several times ( Mr Tehrani ) and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite, he goes out of his way to make the guests feel at home. I stayed there for almost 2 months, After the first month of my stay, there was a change of ownership and the only problem I had with my stay for the remaining time of my trip was , The new owner wanted to have a major remodeling done on the rooftop and I think he didn’t care about the loud construction noise throughout the whole building. IT WAS…
The hotel in general is ok , most of the staff are nice but there are so many problems such as: 1)Very very noisy and rude housekeeping , 2) the coffee man smells so bad that is all over the elavator and coffee shop and restaurant 3) the sheets are super cheap and the bed is super hard 4) the garage situation is bad , waiting for 5-10 minutes each time you need to get out or in
Spectacular location with great views - but desastrous service. During my three-week stay on several days the room was not cleaned at all. Towels missing every single day. Laundry lost; water refills of minibar only on some day; occasionally no waiter service in restaurant. All topped by a careless attitude by most staff. Outrageous pricing for such low-class service.

The Hotel in Yasuj, Iran is a government-owned property with beautiful views of the city. The rooms are clean but outdated with average food options. The hotel is situated on top of a hill, far from the city center. The staff is friendly, but the service is lacking, and the WiFi regulations are terrible. Overall, the hotel meets the acceptable standards of Iranian hoteling, and it's a good option for short stays.

Ghasr Monshi Hotel is a historical landmark boutique hotel in Isfahan, Iran that provides a unique experience of staying in a palace built for Iran's king and his Monshi 200 years ago. Its central location allows easy access to most of the city's tourist attractions. The staff, traditional food, traditional Iranian bath, and pleasant massage are highly recommended by guests. Some guests had issues with booking and additional fees. However, the majority praised the hotel's service, food, and historical architecture.

The Old Cherry Tree is a pub and restaurant in a lovely village in Northamptonshire, offering amazing food, beautiful atmosphere, and great service. The Sunday roasts and desserts are highly recommended, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The menu features a variety of dishes, from starters to mains and desserts, and the wine selection is perfectly matched. The pub is dog-friendly and offers a cozy and historic ambiance with a log fire. Prices can be high, but the quality of the food and service is well worth it.
