I would rate De Reehorst as somewhere between a three and four star hotel. The ground floor looks quite interesting although I did not make use of the bar or restaurant. The room I stayed in for one night was pretty basic. The best thing about it was the television. The pillows were uncomfortable and the bathroom has seen better days.
Fair hotel with generous breakfast. Rooms only with essentials. Bed, TV, bathroom with bathroom amneties. No fridge, No coffee or tea maker, No minibar... Nevertheless the room was clean. Honestly rooms are really outdated. Carpets on stairs and rooms in poor conditions.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Very rude, miserable customer service, constant noise and banging around the hotel, and on one day, they even decided to host an extremely loud DJ event on the terrace, right outside every guest bedroom. Ludicrous.
Defective aircon disinterested staff and shiiiitefood. If you like those things youâll love it here. A hotel that is both expensive and truly awful. Think of 1970âs Yugoslavia and you get the pictureâŚâŚâŚâŚâŚâŚâŚâŚâŚâŚâŚâŚâŚâŚâŚâŚ.
Not the best. No air con working in our room in 30 plus degree heat. Staff denied all knowledge of this problem despite there being a defunct portable machine in the room. Food was only edible as we were starving after a long day. Service very slow Hopeless. Not a 3 star hotel
No fridge in in room in 4 star hotel, is this a joke? carpet is dirty, ventilation doesnt work properly in bathroom, soundproofing is very poor ( i hear how neighbor washing in bathroom) sounds like is was in my bathroom. Very disappointed and not satisfied with this hotel. Worst 4 star hotel where i was in my life
Stayed for 3 nights for business. Rooms looks newly renovated, ok size and comfy beds. Only "negative" thing that I could think of is the distance to town center. Did try the restaurant once, good food with decent prices.
Reception was proper and efficient. Room was dated, quite pricy. There is suffiecient on-site parking, for which you receive a coin to open the barrier on departure. The shower had a shower curtain, something i do not like. They charge a credit card fee.
The hotel is located very close to Ede Train Station. Is an extremely fancy hotel, nicely decorated, with very friendly staff ( they also have a bar, witch is closing after 1 am).The breakfast is variated , for all tastes. I truly recommend it!
Hi all, This was simply amazing, enjoyed the recently renewed bar and the staff is extremly funny and friendly (Cas and Daniel specifically). I would recommend this to anyone. The bartender as on the picture is top notch, he knows how to prepare a cocktail!
