Unfortunately the delivery let you down, post person knocked, wouldn’t wait as we were in the back room and took a few seconds to get to the door, so threw parcel through window. My. Mother normally sat there on this occasion luckily she was not in that chair! However when asking the post person “why they threw through window as they did not check” laughed and said: “ well you took too long!!!” Not really the service you normally provide

On evefy prescription sent by my GP you always have one of more items out of stock which is not good.on occasions I have had to get another script we t to a local pharmacy from where I had it collected the same day. By the way I am still awaiting one item from my Ju!y prescription.
