    I ordered 2 pair of socks from this company; I still haven't received them. I sent an email with no reply what's so ever. I am disappointed. If I don't get a reply soon then I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. This was over 2 weeks ago.

  • Excellent Quality and Customer Service

    Communication was above standard, the product was carefully packaged and shipped quickly. And the customer service and follow up was excellent as well. I would gladly and will be ordering more from this company in the future.

  • Don't believe when it says it in stock on the website

    I ordered 5 pairs of pantyhose and only 2 arrived, and only after multiple emails and a phone call to cancel the order when no product had arrived 21 days after I ordered them. I was told that the items were shipping from the warehouse and that they would partially release what was available. Another week passed after receiving 2 pairs of the 5 that I ordered. When I escalated the issue to PayPal, Lymphedema Products gave them a fake/invalid UPS tracking number for the remaining 3 pairs. It's been over a month and I only have 2 out of 5 of the items, and they have my money.

  • I order from Lymphedema Products alot

    I order from Lymphedema Products alot. I saw compression sox that are larger than normal compression sox so I ordered a pair. They're expensive; over $20. Well, they're junk. They're too loose and the seams are so thick I have to wear them insideout or they rub on my foot. I've only worn them several times and one of them already has a small hole. Low quality for the price. Don't order the compression sox.

  • Company is a scam

    Company is a scam. An order was placed on a Tuesday, including an additional charge for expedited shipping, and the credit card was immediately charged, but no email confirmation was sent. When an email was sent to the company 5 days later, inquiring why they were continuing to send marketing emails yet there was no order verification, and no order received, they sent back a request to create yet another online profile with another password.We will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and stopping payment from the credit card company. I'm not sure why they have such a high rating on trust pilot but it turns out googling the company turns up just as many unsatisfied customers. Is also makes me unlikely to ever use trust pilot again.

  • This consumer product business should…

    This consumer product business should be out of business I had ordered a simple compression sock and was told it would ship in 3 to 5 days and waited a month an still wasn’t shipped because I contacted them so said it would get shipped immediately and now almost two weeks later still no package with no emails or tracking information from company. I keep an eye out of my window expecting a person riding on a horse to drop a package off. Even though in a lot of pain in my legs it is a good thing it is not a life or death situation
