Hotel ZaZa is 1st class First time staying at this hotel.. great bell staff, check in and lobby. Very secure. Staff very friendly and polite and helpful. Complimentary coffee etc every morning. You will not be disappointed.
Love ya, Zaza! Everything about this boutique hotel in the heart of Austin Downtown is perfection. From management to the housekeeping staff, everyone is beyond attentive and happy to help. Our favorite hotel to stay at in Austin and can’t wait to come back. Thank you Zaza for a wonderful stay!
Stayed at Zaza for a conference this week and the staff are truly amazing. Mr. Cordova took incredible care of us and always put a smile on my face. Can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you for everything!
The stay at ZAZA was fabulous. The trip was made perfect by Jason at the front desk. He was curious , polite, engaged and genuinely sincere. Jason is a real asset to your company and my stay would not have been the same without him! Ellen H
Dined in Group therapy for brunch and was appalled at how awful it was. 50 minutes to receive traditional breakfast order. Coffee offered once out of 2 hour service. Food was cold and did not have any flavor. Restaurant was not busy and my table was forgotten. Extremely disappointed at the service and food.
Every single dish was delicious! The dessert that was recommended to us by our waitress Robyn was amazing, I’ll be coming back for more! She was so helpful with questions we had on the menu. Definitely a great place for special occasion, has a great view!
The food was great and the ambience was amazing! Robyn was a great server and all her recommendations were on point! They sat us very quickly and the service was quick and efficient. Will come again!
Ben is one of the best bartenders at hotel Zaza. He is very attentive and kind. We came here with family and friends and he was absolutely fabulous. The drinks are 10/10 as well as the service. We definitely will be coming back! Thanks again!
Ben is one of the best bartenders in the town. Highly recommend coming here. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed. Great drinks and great food! Has great stories and made great conversation with us! Awesome bar spot in Austin!
Cordova took the best care of us during our work conference! He went above and beyond to provide the best accommodations and experience to date. I can’t wait to come back again and experience it all over again. Yay! Until next time!
