    Literally the most annoying website to navigate . Doesnt have practical customer service. And it always gliches. It also isnt reliable . This would be a great service if they fixed the kinks but the website still sucks and is so annoying to use

    As a property manager who currently uses Rhino, I am very dissatisfied with the level of support from customer service. It has become non-existent. I will be looking for other options if this is not addressed PROMPTLY!

  • Be warned

    Be warned. If you pay in full one year. They won't let you change to monthly the next. Not sure what their problem is with that. All I get is they can't do it at this time. My policy is not even up yet.
