  • I must say its a great place and believe that it can be better . first I was rateing it 1 star bad . however I decide to re rate with 4 stars which is very good and can be better . I will start with the bad things which can be solved hopefully from the managment ( as they promised ) I have 3 concerns . the F&B staff some times not friendly . they need to be more energetic and flexible . The lunch buffet need a lot of improvment as its not a 5 star buffet ( very limited choices and poor quality excempt the roasted lamb leg as it was perfect ).the third concern is the beach cleanness as it was super dirty and full of rocks . Now coming to the 6 geat points . 1. Splash water park . 2. Breakfast buffet . 3. Aqua Gym by coach Mousa 4. The swimming pool 5. The peacocks 6. the house keeping and reception staff

  • اسوء تجربة ..الغرف غير نظيفة ابدا ، فوط الاستحمام يوجد به دماء و فضلات اخرون ..لا انصح به ..الاستاذ احمد مبارك و shadin غير متعاونين ابدا ، وغير خلوقين .القولف كار تتأخر دائماً .الاكل اقل من عادي ، ولا يسمح بدخول الاكل من الخارج .تجربة سيئة للغاية ولن تتكرر ابدا .

  • So this place is an absolute gem. Don’t be worried by how isolated it appears on the journey in, it’s just 25 mins from the Dubai marina and lots of Ubers in close proximity.Something for everyone here, hold, tennis, gym, pools, water sports, horse riding, pools (so many pools), snooker, badminton, kids playgrounds and even cats and peacocks!The foods great, drinks are well made.. I just love it here.Fundamentally it’s the staff and the rooms that are the icing on the cake. Beds turned down daily, that’s missing from a lot of hotels these days..The staff cannot do enough for you, they are truly wonderful. That made the stay effortless and frictionless.I will return here!
