Great hotel
Superb room, comfortable bed, perfect location , no free shuttle , too busy front desk staff to help with solving issue, classy room , nice bathroom, would be great if they had free water bottle in room .

Friendly personnel
Booked 2 rooms a couple of weeks before arrival; clean rooms, comfy beds. A coffee machine and a water cooker were available. The bathroom has 2 sinks and a spacious shower. Good availability of (vegan) toiletries.

its oke but need improvement
Room we got was dirty, we got a new room and it was cleaner but the minibar was not replenished and so were glasses. We had problems getting into our room because the card often didn't work so we had to get a new one from the desk. otherwise a good hotel with good food and in a nice location.

Great hotel, lovely rooms. Exceptional service in the restaurant. Secure parking and great location Nice bar and a wonderful breakfast experience the staff were all very attentive to all visitors needs

good stay at VanDerValk
we stayed one night in order to catch an early flight. Its a very nice hotel. Good beds and quiet. However the taxi wasnt ordered , nor was the breakfast prepared. The taxi was solved at the spot. But the breakfast we had to skip...

Old and needs an update
Only one person working the service desk. He needed help. They locked another customer’s luggage up for safekeeping and they couldn’t get to it. Only one person had the key to get into the storage closet and they could not find them. It made checking in horrible.

Great Hotel
Great hotel with a lovely restaurant that served quality food. The staff in the restaurant could do with smiling a little more but the service was fine. The room on the 6th floor was amazing and the cleanliness of the whole hotel was really good.

Could be better
Dirty inside toilets ground floor, dissapointing menu. Rooms are ok but lot of damage on walls and corners. Fire alarm went off. Takes 40 min to receive reservation confirmation when standing in lobby and book it via their own website

use it for short trips and do not expect too much, the reception function to check you, are not friendly and listen to complaints but no action results. Also do not expect anything special from the hotel

Oke for 1 night
Location right next to the office and therefor convenient wil not pick this hotel for a personal stay. Rooms are ok but can use some maintenance. I had the Super Box room before but wil never choose that again. Toilet and shower are in the same room as the sleeping facilities..
