  • Nice hotel. 11mins from airport

    Lovely room, good service in reception and restaurant. Great food. Room not serviced on 2nd day - asked at reception at 5pm then had to ask again at 8pm. Girl came up with towels, had to ask for coffee etc she came back with coffee etc and no clean cups - gave up. Bins not emptied.

    Staff is very nice. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good. One thing is that the in the bathroom there is a high step to enter the shower or bathtub. You have to be careful not to slip. AC doesn't give a lot of cool air even though the setting is on the highest.

  • Does the job, far from Airport

    Hotel is what you need for an overnight stay. Comfy beds, good shower. Cooked breakfast and pastries and fruit bowl. Careful though as its 25euros taxi from Terminal1 and a shuttle bus is 9euros each as an option. Not exactly an airport hotel. You cant walk from T1. Maybe to T5. But you cant walk from T1 to T5.

  • Ok for a short stay

    The hotel is ok for an airport hotel. Services not that great - we got there late and the extra bed was not prepared. They brought the sheets and literally dumped them on the bed and let us prepare the bed. Otherwise nothing to comment on, our short was fairly short.

  • Well run property. Nice rooms

    This is a perfect hotel for layover at Berlin airport or business travel. Executive rooms well appointed and staff is helpful, especially Thomas the fantastic manager. There’s a shuttle to & from the airport early as 4 am. I highly recommend this property to others

  • Clean and comfortable

    This place is very clean, they offer coffee and tea one can prepare in the room. The bed is comfortable. The representatives at the front desk in the lobby are very friendly and they all speak English. Checking in was quick and without any incidents. This place is 5 minutes from the Airport, so it's convenient if one needs to get to the Airport fast.

    If the room is small, you have all you need. Toiletries could be improved in bathroom. Noise insulation from the street as well. Bar / restaurant / breakfast above average. Will definitely go back again.

  • Good hotel close to the airport

    I have booked an executive room in this hotel for my family to stay overnight close to Berlin airport as we had to departure early in the morning. The hotel is located close to the airport and has a regular free shuttle service, which is very convenient. The breakfast starts at 5:30 and it is great for those like me who needs to leave the hotel very early in the morning. Everything was great, except one thing - 7 euro for 1L bottle of water in the room is too much, I think, so minus one point for this. The rest is good and adequate.

  • Too many small issues

    Hotel is newly renovated and has a lot of potential. Staff is friendly and accommodating, however a bit inexperienced judging by the many issues. We ordered breakfast for next day only to find out that this was not communicated. Our double bed had only a single cover, we ordered a ribeye at the restaurant bar and was all fatty without good taste. Still the hotel is just a 5 minutes drive from the airport and offers a shuttle to it, which is very convenient. If a bit more attention to details is shown, the hotel is a great choice.

    Very polite personnel ,very nice ,quiet and clean hotel! Also a very nice restaurant & a bar that such a pity ,closing a little bit of early. I travel for business very often to SXF and i have been booked in almost all airport hotels but since i discovered Holiday Inn i will always book here!
