Brilliant coaching manual
Bought it for a friend and she loved it . She is a coach and said this is one of the best manuals that coaches learn from .

Price Gouging
I'm sure the book has great content, but I was a bit disappointed they charged $60 bucks for cheaply made book that is less than 1/2" thick. The pricing of text books is ridiculous and speaks to the greed of the publishers.

Horrible condition from shipper
Book content is as described. It arrived, however, with the pages all attached which meant I had to cut them myself to be able to read the book. Huge problem with printer/distributor!!

Good book but came NEW with dirty pages, the font is inconsistent and some sentences were printed weirdly.

Why is it $55 when Ït's really more like $35?
A tad overpriced for such a manual, which is worth reading as a way to get familiar with the psychology of coaching but seems to lack some deeper dives thru real case scenarios.

If you are in a credentialed coaching program and plan on taking the certification exam, you're going to need this book.

Pretty sure I bought an illegally photocopied version of this book. (Look at photos to see cut off text, changes in font, etc.)

Great book for coaches
This book covers a variety of psychological theories essential for coaching. It offers practical ways to structure coaching sessions and is a great tool for beginning and seasoned coaches.

I’m liking it so far!
I got this book in October and I am liking it so far. Great sample questions if you want to go deeper with clients. Has great tips for coaches but I would match it to the NHWCI codes to make sure you are on the right track to getting certified. It’s a great book for curious beginner health and wellness coaches.
