    Very clean and comfortable rooms, nice free breakfast, good public spaces (lobby, pool, fitness). We were here on a baseball park tour with 20 people, staff was very good with check in, luggage handling, and friendly.

    If you going on a cruise or parking in Miami then this hotel is perfect. Hotel is clean, staff helpful and professional. Breakfast is ideal and quick. Great location for nice restaurants and bars also

    Awesome view from our room Great hotel close to everything parking was great check in super easy through the app room was clean. Breakfast was great too Wish the pool was bigger Definitely will be staying here again

  • Great high quality hotel.

    The hotel was clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The free snacks and drink vouchers upon check-in were an added bonus. Great complimentary breakfast. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

  • Very nice hotel

    Very friendly staff and very nice and clean hotel! Right in the middle of downtown! We stayed here right before and after our cruise! Very close to port and has a shuttle ! Would definitely recommend this hotel

  • Didn't give money back after an unexpected death!

    My husband became very sick and passed away unexpectedly and they refused to give us our money back. I will never stay or recommend a Hampton ever again. We were forced to cancel our entire trip and hardly received our money back
