I thought this was very difficult to assemble. The directions were not clear, and it would have been helpful to have the 3 identical legs labeled as to which direction they went. I finally gave up and turned it over to my son - who complained that the screws were far too small and the brackets made no sense as to how they attached to the legs. As an aside - if you have Arthritis in your fingers forget putting this piece together.

They were very accommodating for correcting an error I made in ordering and substituting the correct item.

I bought a small hummingbird feeder plug. It arrived in as stated and was packaged well. It fit the handblown glass feeder perfectly. I followed the instructions to fill the feeder completely to create a vacuum. However, it dripped all the contents out overnight. I will try again. Dripping was what I was trying to avoid in choosing this feeder end.
