Poor gps service and slow refresh rates
Places like Workday, ADP, and Paycom give employers the option to let their employees edit direct deposits. For some of us, this is important to have that ability. Intuit does not think so. Ease of access and viewing paystubs is great, but the lack of being able to edit MY OWN direct deposit is what has me leaving 3 Stars.
App is poorly optimized for older devices, lags so bad that I expect my phone to crash after opening. I’d be able to comment more on the actual UI if it didn’t crash itself on the log in screen 100% of the time. For a company with enough money to lobby the US government you’d expect them to design an app that’s actually useful. As a ProAdvisor, I have used with app for YEARS and have recommended it to many clients. It USED to work perfectly. Then they started the beta testing rollout. The app kept freezing and you couldn’t enter notes. Then they forced the conversion to the new format and this app hasn’t worked since.
