It is a great app to use for work to clock in and out of and also to keep track of your hours.
This app has been nice to view my paystubs. This is worth it!
Poor gps service and slow refresh rates
Places like Workday, ADP, and Paycom give employers the option to let their employees edit direct deposits. For some of us, this is important to have that ability. Intuit does not think so. Ease of access and viewing paystubs is great, but the lack of being able to edit MY OWN direct deposit is what has me leaving 3 Stars.
App is poorly optimized for older devices, lags so bad that I expect my phone to crash after opening. Iâd be able to comment more on the actual UI if it didnât crash itself on the log in screen 100% of the time. For a company with enough money to lobby the US government youâd expect them to design an app thatâs actually useful. Itâs tragic that Iâm unable to access my paystubs thanks to the major push to go digital. Fix the app after youâre done rolling around in the cash youâve earned from the 2023 tax season, Intuit.
As a ProAdvisor, I have used with app for YEARS and have recommended it to many clients. It USED to work perfectly. Then they started the beta testing rollout. The app kept freezing and you couldnât enter notes. Then they forced the conversion to the new format and this app hasnât worked since. Not only does the app freeze when entering notes, unless you are entering them after hitting âclock outâ, it is constantly logging me out, several times a day. And, it wonât sync with the website. The app shows me logged in for days even though Iâve clicked out online and clocked into another job. Itâs absolutely nonfunctional. I donât know why you messed with a perfectly functional app.
