  • Location is perfect, nice and cheap for the area. I suppose you get what you pay for. Very rude staff, stood waiting to book in after the machine/automated check in service didn’t work, for around 15 minutes while I watched the staff member have a chat.The room itself was of good standard, clean sheets and quilt that hadn’t been used before. Although our shower didn’t work, and had to wait for another room, only to find the toilet was not cleaned to a standard.Overall worth the money due to location alone.

  • The location is excellent for food, shopping, theatre and tubes. Friendly and efficient welcome. The bedding and bathroom are clean. Carpets and chair in the room were stained and had definitely seen better days. Our air con was pretty noisy and started dropping water.

  • Have stayed many times and will continue to come back , yes the rooms are small but the price is great and you can not beat the location . Central to everything and everywhere !
